| You can dispose of organic materials (listed below) at discounted rates, or even free-of- charge. The yard waste drop-off is sponsored by the city of Boulder and Boulder County. It is free to city of Boulder residents, and unincorporated Boulder County residents pay 40% less than standard trash disposal rates. These programs are administered by Western Disposal. |
