If your carts were out for collection by 7 a.m. on your collection day but were not emptied by the end of the day, please call 303-444-2037 to report the miss, or complete the form below and send it to our Customer Service Department. If the call is received before 3 p.m., the carts will be emptied that day; otherwise they will be emptied the following day. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
