Can or Bag Service
Containers are provided by the customer.
One can: Includes weekly pickup of one 32-gallon trash can or two plastic bags. This service does not include branches or yard waste.
Two can: Includes weekly pickup of two 32-gallon trash cans or four plastic bags. In addition, this service allows up to two plastic bags of yard trimmings and/or two bundles of branches per week. Branches must be cut into five-foot lengths and tied into bundles no larger than three feet in diameter.
3-10 can: Includes weekly pickup of up to ten 32-gallon trash cans or twenty 32-gallon plastic bags. In addition, this service allows up to 15 plastic bags of yard trimmings and/or fifteen bundles of branches per week. Branches must be cut into five-foot lengths and tied into bundles no larger than three feet in diameter.

Prepaid Bag Service
For those of you who don’t generate enough trash to fill even a 32-gallon cart each week, Western offers a unique, money-saving option. You may purchase a box of 35 specially colored trash bags that you can put out for collection only as you have the need. The cost of ultimately collecting these bags is included in their purchase price from us. If you put out no more than two of the bags per month, you can save money compared to subscribing for regularly scheduled service. As with regularly scheduled service, Western will supply you with recycling carts and will collect the recyclables weekly. There is a monthly charge for the recyclables collection that is in addition to the cost of the prepaid trash bags.

Extra Trash Removal
From time to time, all of our customers have more trash than is included in their service level. We are happy to take this extra material. Please call our Customer Service Department at 303-444-2037 for pricing and to authorize collection. If you frequently have extra trash for collection (more than two bags per month), you may want to increase your level of service. If this is the case, please call Customer Service to increase your service.

Large Item Pickup Service
What do you do if you have a large item that won’t fit in your cans or Western’s wheeled carts, such as a sofa, mattress or an appliance?
Western also collects large and unusual items for an additional charge. If you know you have a large item to be collected, all you need to do is call us at 303-444-2037 to schedule your collection or to get information on pricing.

Carryout Service
Sometimes you need a little extra help with your trash and recyclables; that’s where we come in. If you do not want to put your materials at the curb, we will collect your carts from the backyard or from the front of your house for an additional fee.
Drive-In Service
Long driveway? We will drive to your house to collect your trash and recyclables. There is an extra fee for the service, but on a cold winter morning many people find the service well worth the cost. Your property must accommodate a full-size trash or recycle truck and we require a signed driveway authorization form allowing us to enter your property. |
