What are compostables?

Compostables are organic materials that will naturally decompose quickly and can be used for enhancing and conditioning soil. These items include fruit and vegetable scraps, meat and bones, coffee grounds and teabags, food-soiled or waxed cardboard, compostable containers, and plant materials.

We also accept organic yard waste in residential compost bins such as small branches, leaves and grass clippings. If you have larger organic yard materials that cannot fit in your cart please call us at 303-444-2037 for details on the options in your service area.
