Several convenient methods of payment are available. Western Disposal bills on the last day of every month. Our residential customers are billed quarterly in advance and commercial customers are billed monthly in arrears. All payments are due on the 20th of the month following billing.

ACH - Automatic withdrawal from checking or savings accounts

 

This safe and efficient payment option will save time and the expense of writing and mailing a check. Each billing period you will receive a bill for your review prior to the actual withdrawal date.

 

Current Western customers may click here to review the application form, including terms and conditions regarding this payment option. The form may then be printed, completed and mailed to our Customer Service Department for enrollment. If you are a new customer who is interested in signing up for service with Western and would like to use this payment option, please inform our Customer Service Representative when you call to sign up.

 

Credit Card - Automatic charge to credit card

This payment option offers the conveniences listed above–the only difference is that the amount of the bill will be charged to your credit card. Western Disposal accepts the following cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express

Automatic charge to customer credit card (one time)

 

Western also accepts payment for your current balance on your credit card. You may complete the form described above (designating a one-time-only charge), or simply call our Customer Service Department at (303) 444-2037 to make your payment.
